Farmhouse Apple and Rhubarb Pie

Our rustic, farmhouse-style dessert pie is baked until golden.  Sweet crust pastry folded around generous amounts of real chunks of apple and rhubarb filling, decorated with strips of sweetened poached rhubarb and dusted with icing sugar.  

This is a Seasonal Product that depends on the availability of Rhubarb and therefore is generally not able to be made during the Winter months.
